What we offer
As a unique coworking space, every detail at Ely Work Collective is designed with intention — to make your workday feel included, comfortable, and connected. Our thoughtfully curated amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, 26 hot desks, bookable meeting rooms, and a fully equipped content studio. You’ll find quality coffee from local roasters and flexible seating that suits your style, which makes it easy to get comfortable and focus. It’s everything you need — tailored to how you work best, in a space that feels welcoming, personal, and just the right size.

Coworking Community
At Ely Work Collective, we’re not just building a coworking space – we’re nurturing a community. Our vision is to create a place where local freelancers, remote workers, creatives, and small business owners can feel genuinely connected. A place where conversations spark over coffee, collaborations grow naturally, and support flows both ways. We believe in the power of showing up – not just to work, but for each other. By keeping things small, personal, and local, we’re creating a space that feels more like a collective than a company – where everyone belongs, and no one works alone.
More than a workspace
We’re building more than a place to work—we’re creating a platform for local voices. Our podcast and content studio give members the space to share their stories, promote their businesses, and contribute to a growing community of creators in Ely. Whether you’re recording a podcast, filming content, or simply trying something new, this is where ideas get seen and heard.

Meet the Team at Ely Work Collective

Cathrine
Co-Director
Building a collaborative, inspiring and supportive coworking space tied to the community became the focus for Cathrine after spending over 20 years in marketing roles based in various office environments, from big corporates to small start-ups and never quite finding a local space that fulfils this.

James
co-Director
With over 20 years of experience working across office-based, remote, and hybrid environments, James brings deep insight into the evolving world of work. Having spent much of their career as both a freelancer and small business owner, they understand firsthand the value of flexible, community-driven workspaces.
As Co-Directors of The Ely Work Collective, James and Cathrine are passionate about creating a supportive environment that fosters connection, creativity, and well-being—right here in Ely. Their vision is to offer a space that not only meets practical needs but also empowers local professionals to thrive in how, when, and where they work.
