We’re still coming down from the buzz of our Small Business Summer Party at Willow Grange Farm!
When we first started talking about putting this event together, we wanted it to be more than just a summer party. We wanted to bring our EWC community together, give everyone a chance to relax, have some fun, meet new people and celebrate the brilliant small business community we have here in Ely.
And we honestly think we achieved exactly that.
But the best bit?
Together, we raised £798 for Ely Foodbank, which really means so much to us.
A huge part of that came from our raffle — and the generosity of the local businesses who donated prizes was genuinely incredible. From small businesses we know well to businesses who simply wanted to support what we were doing, the response was amazing.
It’s moments like this that remind us why we started EWC in the first place.
This community is about so much more than desks and meeting rooms.
It’s about people supporting people.
And, when we can, doing something positive for the wider Ely community too.
So, to everyone who came along, donated a raffle prize, bought a raffle ticket, helped us organise it, supported the event, or simply got involved and made the evening what it was…
